ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s health minister Dr. Zafar Mirza said on Monday he was tested positive for the novel coronavirus, getting the hottest senior minister from the nation to be struck by the virus.”
Mirza, the helper to the ministry on health solutions, stated he was undergoing”moderate symptoms” and had been taking all measures.
“I’ve tested positive for Covid-19. Under med information, I’ve isolated myself at home & taking all measures.
I have moderate symptoms. Please keep me on your type prayers,” tweeted Mirza, that has been at the forefront of this government’s reaction to the outbreak.
On Friday, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi reported that he’s tested positive for the coronavirus disorder and quarantined himself.
Qureshi is the Vice President of judgment Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and believed as two from the government after Prime Minister Imran Khan.
